How much do your cakes cost?

Every Frosted Memory Maker! cake is unique is design, flavor, and size. Which are all variables in calculating price.

Buttercream frosted cakes start at $7.50 a serving and fondant covered cakes start at $9 per serving

 

My party is this weekend! Can you still make my cake?

In most  cases, YES, I do allow last minute cake orders! Please send an email, text or give me call to check availability. Please note, rush fees may apply.

How is my cake designed?

First it is important to check availability. You may do so by phone, text or email. When messaging please include your ideas and reference photos.

 Inspiration can come from anywhere-- invitations and decorations, wedding colors and flowers, online photos-- just a few of the endless possibilities.

How can I sample your cakes?

Cake tastings are reserved for cakes serving more than 100 guest. Once we have discussed your cake design and pricing, we will schedule a date for you to pick up your cake samples. A $45 tasting fee is required, but will be applied to your balance once your cake is booked. 

 

Where are you located?

Frosted Memory Maker! is located in Spring, TX (77380) near I45 N and Sawdust.

Because, Frosted Memory Maker! is also my home my address is not published, but is provided to clients when necessary for

consultations/appointments, cake picks, payments, etc.

 

Why should I choose a Home/Cottage bakery over a storefront/grocery bakery?

The biggest advantage to using a cottage bakery, especially this one, is personalized, one-on-one attention!  I take care of every detail of your cake! From the emails and calls, to baking, and frosting. To making decorations and sugar flowers by hand. If you have a question, I'm here and happy to answer every question during every step of the ordering process! 

 

When are you open?

Frosted Memory Maker! is open by appointment only. Please call or email to discuss your upcoming event.

 

How can I secure my wedding/event date?

To secure your date, your contract must be signed and non-refundable retainer paid.

 

How soon do I need to secure my date?

It's best to secure your date as soon as possible. The calendars is opened 6-8 months in advance. With the size limitations of Frosted Memory Maker!  only a limited number of cakes can be made each week.

 

What is your payment policy?

For cake orders greater than $400-- a 25% retainer is required to secure your cake order. With the remaining balance due three weeks prior to your event date.

 

For cake orders less than $400-- a 50% retainer is required to secure your date. With the remaining balance due at pick up or delivery.

 

All orders placed less than three weeks in advance or $100 or less must be paid in full to confirm.

 

Payments may be made by cash, credit card via PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo, 

 

Do you offer delivery? Can I pick up my cake?

Yes, both deliveries and pickups are offered. For cakes $400 or more, deliveries within 10 miles of Frosted Memory Maker! delivery is included . For deliveries beyond 10 miles or cakes less than $400, delivery fees may apply, starting at $25.

 

I am picking up my order, what's the best way to safely travel with it?

 It's best to place your boxed cake on a flat, level surface! (floor board or the back of a SUV or van). It is possible to carry the cake in your lap, but it is not the safest way, and very nerve wracking! Please note, the car seat is not flat or level and is not the most secure location.

 

Do you make any gluten free, sugar free or vegan/dairy free cakes?

Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free and Vegan cakes have all been successfully made!

Flavors are limited, and additional fees do apply.

 

Are the decorations on my cake edible?

Again, every Frosted Memory Maker! cake is unique. However, most decorations are technically edible, but not always recommended for eating. Please ask about the specifics of your custom cake.
